这条政策覆盖两条路径。第一条是浏览：打开首页、进入 EMC 中心筛选赛程、翻阅资讯与归档，或者在帮助中心找一条操作说明，这些页面上产生的信息都在其中。

This policy covers two paths. The first is browsing: opening the homepage, filtering fixtures in the EMC Center, reading news and archives, or looking up a guide in the Help Center — information generated on those pages is included.

第二条是沟通：您通过邮件、电话或咨询通道联系我们，谈内容引用、栏目共建、数据协助或媒体采访，过程中说到的信息同样适用。

The second is communication: when you contact us by email, phone, or the inquiry channel about content citation, joint columns, data assistance, or media interviews, what you share along the way is covered as well.

无论用电脑、平板还是手机打开页面，无论读的是左边中文栏还是右边英文栏，处理方式没有区别。用浏览器直接进入 EMC 中心的简体版，不需要安装任何程序，也不会因此多出额外的信息收集。

Whether you open the site on a desktop, tablet, or phone, and whether you read the Chinese column on the left or the English column on the right, the handling is identical. Entering the simplified edition of the EMC Center straight from a browser installs nothing and adds no extra collection.

不在其中的，是您与其他机构之间的往来，以及您在邮件里附带、但由您所在机构另行保管的文件。

Outside this scope are your dealings with other organizations, and files attached to your email that your own organization keeps and manages separately.

浏览和咨询过程中，我们接触到的是三类信息。

While you browse and correspond with us, three groups of information reach us.

访问记录进入与离开的时间、打开的栏目（首页、EMC 中心、资讯与归档、帮助中心）、在 EMC 中心组合使用的筛选条件（日期与项目），以及您从哪个页面跳转过来。

VISIT RECORDSEntry and exit times, the sections you open (homepage, EMC Center, news and archives, Help Center), the filter combinations you use in the EMC Center (date and competition), and the page you arrived from.

设备与浏览器信息浏览器类型与版本、屏幕宽度、系统语言，以及您主要停留在中文栏还是英文栏。这些用于让双语两栏在窄屏上不串行，让移动端的赛程表横向滑动时首列项目名始终锁住。

DEVICE AND BROWSER DETAILSBrowser type and version, screen width, system language, and whether you mostly stay in the Chinese or the English column. These keep the parallel columns from drifting apart on narrow screens, and keep the first column of competition names locked while the fixture table scrolls sideways on mobile.

咨询信息您通过邮件、电话或咨询通道告知的称呼、所属机构、语言偏好、事由和具体内容。只有在您主动发送之后，我们才会收到。

INQUIRY DETAILSThe name you give, your organization, your language preference, and the subject and content of your message, sent by email, phone, or the inquiry channel. We receive these only after you send them.

翻看赛程和统计数据时，我们不会要求您填写姓名、手机号或单位名称，也不会申请通讯录、相册或位置权限。

While you browse fixtures and statistics, we do not ask you to fill in your name, mobile number, or organization, and we do not request access to your contacts, photos, or location.

每一类信息只对应一件事，事情办完就不再留着。

Each group of information serves one purpose, and it is not kept once that purpose is met.

访问记录用来看清哪些入口真的被使用——是首页的赛程时间轴，还是 EMC 中心的统计分类，或者是归档里的某一季资料。汇总完成之后删除逐条明细，不留能回溯到单次访问的记录。

VISIT RECORDSUsed to see which entry points are actually used: the fixture timeline on the homepage, the statistical categories in the EMC Center, or a particular season in the archives. Once the totals are compiled the line-by-line detail is deleted, and nothing that traces back to a single visit is kept.

设备与浏览器信息用来处理显示问题。有读者反馈双语两栏在某个宽度下错位，或者移动端赛程表首列没有锁住时，这类信息能帮我们快速找到原因。问题处理完毕就不再单独保留。

DEVICE AND BROWSER DETAILSUsed to resolve display problems. When a reader reports that the parallel columns misalign at a certain width, or that the first column of the fixture table does not stay locked on mobile, these details help us find the cause quickly. They are not kept separately once the issue is closed.

咨询信息用来回复您的询问，安排栏目共建或媒体采访的沟通。涉及内容引用与数据协助的往来，保留到那件事办完为止；其余咨询在回复完成、且您没有后续问题之后删除。您注明了语言偏好，回复就按您指定的语言来写。

INQUIRY DETAILSUsed to answer your question and to arrange conversations about joint columns or media interviews. Correspondence on content citation and data assistance is kept until that matter is closed; other inquiries are deleted once the reply is complete and you have no follow-up. Where you state a language preference, the reply is written in that language.

谁能看到咨询内容只对内容编辑、数据整理与双语校对三个小组里负责回复的成员开放；访问与设备信息以汇总形式用于版式调整。

WHO CAN SEE ITInquiry content is open only to the members of the content editing, data organization, and bilingual proofreading teams who handle replies; visit and device details are used in aggregate form for layout adjustments.

这些信息不会用于广告推送，也不会据此给您发送营销短信或邮件。

This information is not used for advertising, and it is not used to send you marketing text messages or email.

对上面三类信息，您可以查询、更正、拒绝继续使用，也可以要求删除。

For all three groups, you can ask what is held, have it corrected, object to further use, or ask for it to be deleted.

查询说明想了解哪一类（访问记录、设备信息，或某一次具体的咨询）以及大概的时间范围，我们会告诉您是否留有记录、留到什么程度。

ACCESSSay which group you mean (visit records, device details, or one particular inquiry) and roughly when it happened. We will tell you whether anything is held and how far back it goes.

更正如果咨询往来中记录的单位名称或语言偏好有误，指出具体位置，我们按您提供的信息改正。

CORRECTIONIf the organization name or language preference recorded in an inquiry is wrong, point out where, and we will correct it to what you provide.

拒绝与撤回您可以随时要求不再保留某次咨询，或要求我们就某一事项停止与您联系。收到要求后按您的意思处理，并在回复中说明处理结果。

OBJECTION AND WITHDRAWALYou can ask at any time for a particular inquiry to be removed, or for us to stop contacting you about a matter. We act on the request as you have stated it and confirm the outcome in our reply.
