When a match ends, Chinese and English readers should be reading the same account. The team behind Yibei EMC works to that premise every day: the Chinese draft settles the facts, the English column carries an equal account, and a bilingual proofing pass brings both onto one shared glossary.

Match content falls into three layers: the fixtures and pairings before play, the scores and detailed statistics afterwards, and the archived editions you can return to at any time. Most readers care about a single match, while media, research teams and corporate clients need all three layers side by side. We keep them in one set of columns, Chinese and English in parallel, so you get the full picture in a single read.

If you are quoting content across languages, the parallel columns are ready to use. If you only need the start time and result of one match, filtering by date and sport will take you straight there. From Draft to Page
One story, two languages
赛程与统计由数据整理组先行录入，编辑在此基础上写成中文稿，把时间、对阵、比分与关键节点写清楚。稿件以短句为主，第一段就交代结果与影响，读者不必读到末尾才知道发生了什么。
The data team enters fixtures and statistics first; editors then write the Chinese draft on top of them, setting out times, pairings, scores and turning points. Sentences stay short and the opening paragraph carries the result and its consequence, so nobody has to reach the final line to learn what happened.
英文栏不是摘要。译写同事按中文稿逐段写出等量内容，保留同一组事实与同一层结构；小标题采用窄体大写，日期、比分与统计值继续使用等宽字体，两边翻到同一处时读到的信息量一致。
The English column is not a summary. Writers produce an equal-length account paragraph by paragraph, keeping the same facts and the same structure; subheadings run in condensed capitals while dates, scores and statistics stay in a monospaced face, so both sides carry the same amount of information at any point.
最后一关由双语校对完成：栏目名、统计名与项目名逐一比对共享词表，目前收录约 1,200 条中英对照词条。两边对齐后才进入发布队列，新出现的项目名会先补进词表再用到正文里。
A bilingual proofing pass closes the loop: column names, statistic names and sport names are checked one by one against the shared glossary, which now holds about 1,200 paired entries. Only aligned copy moves to the publishing queue, and a newly covered sport enters the glossary before it appears in running text.

比分与分项数据先由数据整理组录入，随后交给没有参与初次整理的同事做第二轮复核。复核聚焦四件事：分项之和是否与总分吻合、主客场归属是否与赛程表一致、关键节次的时间标记是否落在正确区间、同一场比赛在不同维度下的数值是否互相成立。
统计按项目、赛季阶段、主客场、胜负分差与关键节次五类维度归类。五个维度彼此独立，您既可以只看一项，也可以叠起来筛，命中结果会立刻显示场次数量。
如果复核发现了偏差，修改会连同版本号一起写进当季归档，注明改动的是哪一项、从哪一期开始生效。翻到旧版本时，您看到的仍是当时的记录，旁边多一行指向新版的说明。
Scores and detailed figures are entered by the data team, then handed to a colleague who took no part in the first pass. That review looks at four things: whether the components add up to the total, whether home and away assignments match the fixture list, whether period markers sit inside the right interval, and whether one match holds together across different dimensions.
Statistics are grouped along five dimensions: sport, season stage, home and away, margin of victory, and key period. Each stands on its own, so you can read a single one or stack several together, with the number of matching fixtures shown as soon as the filter changes.
When a discrepancy turns up, the correction is written into the quarterly archive alongside its version number, noting what changed and from which issue it applies. Opening an older edition still shows the record as it stood, with a line pointing to the current one.

How the content system took shape
最早的栏目只服务中文读者：赛程按日期排开，比分写在同一个表格里。英文读者需要另外找地方查同样的信息，两份内容之间常有时间差。
The earliest columns served Chinese readers only: fixtures laid out by date, scores kept in the same table. English readers had to look elsewhere for the same information, and the two accounts often drifted apart in time.
英文栏加入之后，两栏共享同一组行分隔线，翻到同一段时两边对应的内容就在同一水平线上。等量表达从此成为默认写法，“先出中文、英文后补”的间隙被抹平。
With the English column in place, both sides share one set of row rules, so corresponding passages sit on the same line. Equal accounts became the default, closing the old gap between a Chinese original and an English add-on published later.
统计开始按项目、赛季阶段、主客场、胜负分差与关键节次五类维度归类，覆盖面扩展到 18 个竞赛项目与 40 余个联赛、杯赛，赛季跨度延伸到全年主要赛期。
Statistics were grouped along five dimensions — sport, season stage, home and away, margin of victory, and key period — as coverage widened to 18 sports and more than 40 leagues and cup competitions across the main calendar of the year.
从 2021 年起，每次更新都记录版本号、更新摘要与影响范围。旧版本因此可以被指认、被查回，媒体与研究方引用历史资料时有了明确的落点。
From 2021 onward, every update records a version number, a summary of changes and the scope affected. Older editions can therefore be named and retrieved, giving media and research users a firm place to cite historical material.
现在的内容维持每周两次对外更新，历史资料按季度整理成册，2024 年 3 月的归档是常被查阅的一个锚点。共享词表也随赛季推进持续扩充，目前已收录约 1,200 条中英对照词条。
The site now publishes twice a week and assembles archived material by quarter; the March 2024 archive is one of the most frequently consulted anchors. The shared glossary keeps growing with each season and currently holds about 1,200 paired Chinese–English entries.

Content Desk
负责赛前前瞻、赛后稿件与赛季专题的写作。选题从赛程表和分项统计里长出来，落笔时先想清楚读者看完这一段能多知道什么，再决定要不要写第二段。
Handles previews, post-match reports and season features. Story ideas grow out of the fixture table and the detailed statistics; before a second paragraph is written, the team decides what the reader gains from the first.
Data Desk
负责赛程录入、比分与分项统计的整理，并按五类维度完成归类。赛季推进时同步维护赛程表，让按日期与项目筛选的结果始终对得上当轮的实际情况。
Enters fixtures and assembles scores and detailed statistics, sorting them into the five dimensions. The fixture table is maintained as the season unfolds, so filtering by date and sport always reflects the current round.
Bilingual Desk
维护共享词表与英文术语表，负责两栏之间的对齐检查。栏目名、统计名与项目名一旦改动，词表和已发布内容会在同一轮更新里一起调整。
Maintains the shared glossary and the English term list, and checks alignment between the two columns. When a column name, statistic name or sport name changes, the glossary and the published copy move together in the same update round.
三个小组按周协同：周初确定本周排期与重点场次，比赛日当天完成初稿与数据录入，次日进入复核与双语校对，周中与周末各发布一次更新。跨组的问题在当天的工作群里就能落定，不必等到下一个发布周期。
The three teams run on a weekly rhythm: the schedule and key fixtures are set at the start of the week, drafts and data entry close on match day, review and bilingual proofing follow the next day, and updates go out once midweek and once at the weekend. Cross-team questions are settled the same day rather than waiting for the next cycle.
Editorial Standards
Four standards we hold to
优先写能落到赛程、比分与分项统计上的内容。一段叙述如果指不出具体时间、具体对阵或具体数值，就不会进入发布队列。
Priority goes to stories that land on fixtures, scores and detailed statistics. If a passage cannot point to a specific time, pairing or figure, it does not reach the publishing queue.
赛程与统计以赛事公布的信息为基础，稿件在结尾标明资料出处与成稿时间，引用方可以连同这两行一起保留，读者追溯起来也有据可依。
Fixtures and statistics build on information published by the competitions themselves, and each article closes with its source and the time of writing. Anyone quoting the piece can keep those two lines, giving readers a clear trail back.
每周两次更新都带版本号与变更摘要，季度归档时再合并成一份可查阅的清单。改动过的条目会写明生效期次，旧版与新版的差别一眼能看出来。
Both weekly updates carry a version number and a change summary, merged into a browsable list at the end of each quarter. Revised entries state the issue they take effect from, so the difference between editions is visible at a glance.
